I purchased my IBALL last week. Charged the camera for 8 hrs then did my test hook up. It worked perfect.I have a van that I tow my boat with, I placed the camera in the middle of the two back doors about 24" above my ball. I could see everything the ball hitch and the boat trailer with no issues I backed up and hooked up first try. It usually takes me 3-5 attempts to get lined up correctly. I dont know how it would work on a travel trailer but I did do a straight line of sight test to 185' and still had a good picture in the van according to my wife. I dont know if a travel trailer would block the reception. My neighbor has a fifth wheel camper/toy hauler, the next time he has it all hooked up I will give the IBALL a test on his rig and let you know the results.
